Benke & Johan

One of Benke's best pals is Johan Hjort, an emigrant from the United States of America. He totally LOVES to live in Sweden. Look how well Benke and Johan dance together.

Vasaloppet

So I did it. Vasaloppet, 90 km cross country skiing. Thank you Benke for your support ("and love..."), which included driving me 450 km back and forth, providing me with sandwiches and "Kick Ass Baby!!" It took me 9 hours 17 min. Thank you Grandma Laila for babysitting.

Maja 2 years Feb. 21

Teaching cousin Christina and Johanna how to be a birthday star.

This was my first birthday party with my whole family here in Sweden! I felt confident and experienced, in other words very calm and cool - I did have my debute party already last year. With Biba, Gabby, Elisa, Linnea and Mimmi and families in Cincinnati. So I'm a pro now. I handled it all with style: the cake, the presents, the smiles and the thank yous. Gosh, I am so fantastic! And two frickin' years!

Hey - long time no see!

This is the proof of getting back on track back home in Sweden: no more frequent updates on this blog. So from now on I promise to get my act together a little bit more on a regular basis, because blogging is after all fun. As long as you keep in mind not to chitchat bullshit, or in other words, just keep on typing irrationally until your fingers bleed; in fact that is just what I'm noing now... Besides, I'm not sure about the fun thing either; my fun is necessarily not your fun. Taking risk of being concidered a pathetic and totally histrionic looser, I'll still go on typing. Well, what I'm trying to say is if I don't have anything of value to say I'll instead put in some pics of what's going on in our lives.

Next month Benke and I will make a trip to Nepal to visit my sister. I will blog!
